680 folsom rooftop terrace

Revel transformed the roof level at 680 Folsom into a comfortable, flexible, and modern outdoor terrace. Starting from a simple concept sketch, the design shapes a series of outdoor rooms that blend shaded lounges, collaborative tables, and soft landscape moments into a cohesive tenant amenity. To create a proper welcome experience the elevator lobby of the rooftop level was also refreshed and a restroom was added creating a complete experience that feels intuitive and fresh.

Because the roof had not been permitted in more than fifteen years, the project carried a significant code challenge. The Revel team partnered with the Landlord’s land use attorney and provided targeted research that allowed the design to move forward without triggering the requirement for sixteen or more new fixtures. This strategic approach protected both the scope and the schedule.

The terrace is the latest addition to Revel’s ongoing work at 680 Folsom, which also includes an award winning tenant buildout and two recently completed spec suites.
