global fashion retailer

los angeles, ca

This project reimagines the workplace as a living production floor for a global fashion brand operating at full speed. Spanning two warehouse floors in Los Angeles, the design separates office operations from a studio-driven environment built for design, styling, storage, and photography, while keeping the entire process visually and physically connected.

Clothing, not desks, drives the plan. Wide circulation paths support rolling racks and constant movement, allowing apparel to flow easily between teams and spaces. Flexible rooms shift daily, transforming from meetings to garment storage to curation zones as needs evolve, while a dedicated photography floor with multiple shoot bays, staging areas, and integrated prop storage supports simultaneous productions without disruption.
