Supercell’s new headquarters blends their Finnish roots with the spirit of San Francisco and infuses their IP characters to create a fun environment that bridges these worlds together. Taking Finnish simplicity, functionality, and beauty with San Francisco’s local character, the design is expressed with clean lines, natural materials, and a Nordic-inspired color palette, all complemented with industrial elements of exposed brick and metal finishes.

Embracing storytelling and branding into the design, large graphics and statues created in collaboration with the client’s creative team are used throughout the new headquarters to depict Supercell’s characters on their journey from Finland to San Francisco. Starting in the reception area with a mural depicting the departure from Finland, the stage is set for the adventure to come. Corridors and communal spaces unfold the narrative with illustrations and interactive displays, inspiring creativity and innovation. Each area within the office reflects different stages of the hero’s journey.
