This spec suite is a testament to the transformative power of renovation. Commissioned by Beacon Capital Partners, the project breathed new life into an existing WeWork space and was redesigned into a spec suite at 655 Montgomery. The updated space provides functionality and aesthetic appeal with attention to detail curated to meet the diverse needs of potential tenants.

Central to the design was the creation of an inviting front-end reception area. However, as the demolition commenced, an unexpected obstacle emerged: the main HVAC ductwork bisected the reception space diagonally causing a disruption to the overall functionality of the space.

We collaborated closely with the design-build mechanical team and general contractor to devise a solution. Through meticulous planning and innovative engineering, we reconfigured the ductwork, minimizing its intrusion into the reception area. This effort ensured that our design vision remained uncompromised, resulting in a seamless integration of form and function.
