This workplace translates e.l.f. Cosmetics’s disruptive, inclusive ethos into a spatial experience that connects people, programs, and brands. Designed as a living brand billboard, the environment balances bold graphic expression with wellness-driven design, creating a workplace that feels energetic, cohesive, and unmistakably rooted in culture.

Wellness is embedded throughout the space through preserved moss walls, integrated planters, warm wood textures, and abundant daylight at workstations. These elements create moments of pause and comfort while reinforcing an open, accessible workplace culture.

Early collaboration with structural engineering partners was critical to realizing the design vision. Integrating the interconnecting stair within an existing post-tension slab required careful coordination and early problem-solving, ensuring design ambition and constructability advanced together.

The result is a workplace that supports daily work, community engagement, and brand expression in an environment designed to be experienced, not just occupied.
