Starting with programming, Revel took a deep dive with the Benefit Cosmetics team to extract their company ethos & brand story and establish efficiencies for their open office layout – a first for the team. And because they get a lot of people stopping by, understanding the guest experience was essential before starting design. With all their findings in toe, a clear and cohesive design language was woven together to create flexible and modern office design. The design highlights their lighthearted, ambitious & energetic team and tells their unique brand story – all while boosting productivity and improving the way they work.

Our team worked closely with Benefit to help with change management – after all, it’s a big shift going from a very private office and cubicle-heavy environment to an open concept benching system. Our knowledge and expertise helped create clear communication for department leads and gave them tools to keep their team informed throughout the process and thoughtfully ease them into their new environment.
