Flexibility sits at the heart of the design at 680 Folsom. Sculptural columns, modular seating, and a warm neutral foundation work together to create a space that is both distinctive and adaptable. Every choice supports long-term functionality, making it easy for incoming tenants to see possibilities rather than limitations.
The project broke the floorplate into two spec suites that were given their own identities but can be combined through a removable wall at the break areas. A modular banquette looks custom in each suite and still moves and reconfigures effortlessly. Texture became the tool that delivered character without stretching the landlord’s budget, creating a space that feels beautiful, memorable, and ready for whatever comes next.
